Dear Cure FD Board of Directors, and all Those Whose Volunteer Efforts and Talents Helped to Make Our Fundraiser of Last Sunday a Great Success!!
We know that, in every area, you all helped us to meaningfully support the work of the Lab for FD Research at Fordham University in the wonderful work that they are doing now --- and for that we want to say, from our hearts, thanks so very much!
We thank all our behind-the scenes volunteers who helped us get the word out to the community about this wonderful event! We thank our wonderful entertainers who provided such wonderful talent for all to enjoy! We thank those who helped us inform the community about our event and our urgent work for the children with FD through the media! We thank those who came to the event to work and help us raise the much-needed funds! and we thank the local mrechants who gave us such great items for our silent auction and our bake sale! And we thank volunteers Gaylord Hammerwold for doing our sound system and Morgan Genser for the photography!
We want to add two names because of their extraordinary help ---- Devin Rousso, whose generous donation of $1 per lap for all who walked contributed so much to the success of the event, --- and Stephanie Blackman, whose donation of all the raffle prize gift cards also contributed so much to the success of our event!
Our appreciation goes to all of you --- it takes a wonderful community of those named above to truly help all the children who suffer from FD and need all of us to care very deeply about their future.
